Festival Rules

BE ADVISED
A throughly check will be done at the entrance of the festival for each person attending.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  •  The access of persons under 18 years;
  •  Using drugs or other substances for which there is no prescription;
  •  Trafficking or marketing drugs or psychotropic substances in the category of medicines, regardless of their origin. The consumption and trafficking of high-risk and high-risk drugs represent crimes and are incriminated by the Romanian legislation through art.2 and art. 4 of Law 143/2000 on combating trafficking and illicit drug use.
  •  Bringing objects that can be considered weapons and can harm the physical integrity (knives, saws, glass objects, chains, firearms, explosives, fireworks, paralyzing spray, the enumeration is not limiting any object found and considered to be from this category will force the owner to leave the festival area)
  •  Sleeping in the festival area;
  •  Aggressions of any kind on the other participants at the festival;
  •  The introduction of any liquid or food within the festival.
  •  Entering the festival perimeter with backpacks or large bags, you can have a money belt or small bags.
  •  Access with animals;
  •  Destruction of any materials or construction of any kind in the festival area.
  •  Any commercial or advertising activity without the written consent of the Organizer
  •  Any distribution to the public, free or onerous filmed or photographed materials is prohibited.

In case of violation of the present Regulation, the Organiser has the right to prohibit the access of a participant in the venue of the total or partial festival, or to invite the participant to leave the festival premises.

By purchasing a ticket, the Participant acknowledges and undertakes to comply with these Regulations. Make sure you read and understand the Sunwaves Festival Terms and conditions.

DE LUAT LA CUNOȘTINȚĂ
Se va efectua control corporal la intrarea în festival.

STRICT INTERZIS:

  • Accesul persoanelor sub 18 ani
  • Utilizarea de medicamente sau alte substanțe pentru care nu există prescripție medicală;
  • Traficul sau comercializarea de droguri sau substanțe psihotrope din categoria medicamentelor, indiferent de proveniența acestora. Consumul și traficul de droguri de mare risc și de mare risc reprezintă infracțiuni și sunt incriminate de legislația română prin art.2 și art. 4 din Legea 143/2000 privind combaterea traficului și consumului ilicit de droguri.
  • Aducerea de obiecte care pot fi considerate arme și care pot dăuna integrității fizice (cuțite, ferăstraie, obiecte din sticlă, lanțuri, arme de foc, explozivi, artificii, spray paralizant, enumerarea nu limitează niciun obiect găsit și considerat ca fiind din această categorie va forța proprietarul să părăsească zona festivalului)
  • Dormit în zona festivalului;
  • Agresiuni de orice fel asupra celorlalți participanți la festival;
  • Introducerea oricărui lichid sau hrană în cadrul festivalului.
  • Intrarea în perimetrul festivalului cu rucsacuri sau genți mari, poți avea o borsete sau genți mici.
  • Acces cu animale;
  • Distrugerea oricăror materiale sau construcție de orice fel în zona festivalului.
  • Orice activitate comerciala sau de publicitate fara acordul scris al Organizatorului
  • Orice distribuire către public, gratuită sau oneroasă de materiale filmate sau fotografiate este interzisă.

În caz de încălcare a prezentului Regulament, Organizatorul are dreptul de a interzice accesul unui participant la locul desfășurării festivalului total sau parțial sau de a invita participantul să părăsească incinta festivalului.

Prin achiziționarea unui bilet, Participantul ia la cunoștință și se angajează să respecte prezentul Regulament. Asigurați-vă că citiți și înțelegeți Termenii și condițiile Sunwaves Festival.
